  • License plate and vehicle details

  • Scheduling and confirming your MOT (APK), maintenance, or repair.
  • To call or email you if necessary to carry out our services (for example, to discuss repair costs or to let you know your car is ready).
  • Legally registering your vehicle’s status with the RDW (if applicable).
  • Processing your payment and complying with our legal administrative obligations.

3. How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than strictly necessary. Data you enter to schedule an appointment online is kept for a maximum of 6 months after the appointment, after which it is securely deleted. By law, the Dutch Tax Authorities require us to keep invoice and payment details for 7 years.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We never sell your data to third parties. We only provide your data to others if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you (for example, to the RDW for MOT registration) or to comply with a legal obligation.
