How we work with business customers

A van that is off the road costs you money. That is why we work like this:

  • You have one fixed point of contact for all your vehicles.
  • We do the APK and the service in one visit.

  • We are also open on Saturdays, from 9.00 to 15.00.
  • You get a quote first. Only then does the work start.

Why businesses choose us

We have been a Rotterdam family business since 1979, and we are an independent all-makes garage and an RDW-approved APK station. We already work for business owners with several company vehicles.

We do a lot of the work in our own workshop. Think of alternators, starter motors, clutches and internal engine work, for example on the head gasket. That saves waiting time, because the work does not have to be sent out.

Large vans up to 3,500 kg fit on our lifts. We are close to exit 24 on the A16, and the A15 is easy to reach.

Payment

On a first visit you pay by debit card or cash. We do not accept credit cards. Regular business customers can pay by invoice. We agree this with you once we have been working together for a while.

As little time off the road as possible

We do not offer a replacement car. For a bigger job you can use a free loan bike, as long as one is available. Above all, we make sure your vehicle is off the road for as short a time as possible: we plan the work in advance, combine the APK and the service, and also work on Saturdays.

We work on every make up to 3,500 kg, such as the Volkswagen Crafter, Transporter and Caddy, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Vito, the Ford Transit, the Renault Trafic and the Fiat Ducato. Our technicians are GMTO certified for work on hybrid and electric vehicles.

Clear agreements in advance

You get a quote for every repair first. We only start once it is approved. You agree with us who is allowed to approve: the owner, the fleet manager or the driver up to an agreed amount. The invoice shows, per vehicle, which parts we used and what work we did.

Can I bring several company vehicles to you?

Yes. We already service and repair the vehicles of business owners with several company vehicles. Think of vans, cars and box vans up to 3,500 kg. You can start with one vehicle, so you can see how we work.

Do I get one fixed point of contact?

Yes. You have one fixed point of contact for all your vehicles. That person knows your business and your vehicles, makes the appointments with you and discusses repairs with you. So you do not have to explain everything again each time.

Can the APK and the service be done in one visit?

Yes. We combine the APK and the service in one visit, so the vehicle is only off the road once. We also take care of small repairs at the same time, with your approval. We carry out the APK Monday to Friday. Read more about the APK for vans or book the APK online.

How much does an APK for a van cost?

With us, an APK for a van costs € 125, including VAT, the inspection report and registering the result with the RDW. For a petrol car, petrol hybrid or electric car it is € 50, and for a diesel with a factory-fitted diesel particulate filter (DPF) it is € 60. If you combine the APK with a major service, the APK is free, except for Tesla and Polestar.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes. Regular business customers can pay by invoice. We agree this with you once we have been working together for a while. On a first visit you pay by debit card or cash. We do not accept credit cards.

How quickly do you help when a company vehicle breaks down?

A company vehicle that has broken down gets priority with us. We look at the vehicle as soon as possible. Then we tell you what is wrong, what the repair costs and how long it will take. We do not have our own tow truck. What to do in that case is explained on our breakdown page.

Which company vehicles can you work on?

We work on company vehicles of every make up to 3,500 kg. Large vans such as the Volkswagen Crafter and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and box vans with a furniture body, also fit on our lifts. Think too of the Ford Transit, the Renault Trafic, the Volkswagen Transporter and the Fiat Ducato.

Our technicians are GMTO certified for work on hybrid and electric vehicles. So we can also work on electric and hybrid vans up to 3,500 kg.

When can I bring a vehicle in?

Monday to Friday, bring the vehicle in between 8.00 and 8.30 am, or on Saturday at 9.00 am, as agreed with you. We call you when the vehicle is ready. Outside opening hours you can park a vehicle outside at your own risk, with the key in an envelope in our letterbox.

You will find us at Boterdiep 11 (3077 AW) in Rotterdam-IJsselmonde, close to Stadion Feijenoord (De Kuip) and exit 24 Rotterdam-Feijenoord on the A16. The A15 is five minutes’ drive away. There is free parking outside if there is space. The tram stop Stadion Feijenoord (line 3) is close by.

We are also easy to reach from Barendrecht, Ridderkerk, Capelle aan den IJssel, Krimpen aan den IJssel, Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht and Zwijndrecht. We work by appointment. For a quick question or check, you can walk in without an appointment.
