We mainly work by appointment and our team speaks English; for a short question or a quick check you are welcome to drop by, and we will tell you whether we can help you straight away. We are open Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 17.30 and on Saturday from 9.00 to 15.00, and closed on Sunday. There is free parking in front of the garage, subject to availability.

Monday to Friday: 8.00 to 17.30
Saturday: 9.00 to 15.00
Sunday: closed

On weekdays you can usually drop off your car between 8.00 and 8.30 if that has been agreed with you. We will contact you when the work is complete, or sooner if we need to discuss any extra work.

Getting here

By tram: take tram line 3 to the stop Stadion Feijenoord; from there it is a short walk to our garage.
By car: take exit 24 Feijenoord on the A16. The A15 is quick to reach from here as well.
Parking: free parking in front of the garage, subject to availability.

Do I need an appointment?

Usually, yes. We mainly work by appointment, so we can plan enough time for your car and keep waiting times as short as possible. For a short question or a quick check you are welcome to drop by, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help you straight away. You can call us on +31 10 479 00 00 or book your APK through our online booking page; the APK is the Dutch periodic roadworthiness test, comparable to the British MOT. How soon we can fit you in depends on the work and how busy the workshop is, and we will tell you straight away.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Our team speaks English, and we regularly help expats and other international customers. You can explain the problem in English, and we will explain our findings, the available options and the expected costs in clear, jargon-free English. We ask for your approval before carrying out any additional work.

Is there parking at the garage?

Yes, and it is free, as long as a space is available. You can park in front of our building at Boterdiep 11. If you leave your car with us for the day, we will contact you when the work is complete, or sooner if the expected finishing time changes.

How do I reach you by public transport?

Take tram line 3 and get off at the stop Stadion Feijenoord; from there it is a short walk to our garage. Coming by car instead? Take exit 24 Feijenoord on the A16. The A15 is quick to reach from here as well.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your car keys, including the locking wheel-nut key if your car has one. The vehicle registration certificate is helpful, but not required for every visit. Coming for an APK? Can I wait at the garage while you work on my car?

For shorter jobs you can usually wait in our waiting area, and the coffee is ready for you. For larger jobs we recommend dropping the car off between 8.00 and 8.30. We will contact you when the work is complete, or sooner if the expected finishing time changes.
