By car: take exit 24 Feijenoord on the A16. The A15 is five minutes away.

Do I need an appointment?

Usually, yes. We mainly work by appointment, so every car gets our full attention and you are not kept waiting. For a small job you are welcome to drop by, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help you right away. You can call us on +31 10 479 00 00, send an email, or book your APK (MOT) directly through our online booking page. We can usually fit you in within a few days.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Our mechanics speak English, and many of our customers are expats and internationals. You can explain the problem in English, and we will explain our findings, the options and the fixed price in English as well, in plain words rather than jargon.

Is there parking at the garage?

Yes, and it is free. You can park right in front of our building on the Boterdiep. If you drop off your car for the day, you simply leave it with us and we will call you as soon as it is ready.

How do I reach you by public transport?

Take tram line 3 and get off at the stop Stadion Feijenoord, a short walk from our door. Coming by car instead? Take exit 24 Feijenoord on the A16. The A15 is about five minutes away.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Your car keys, including the locking wheel nut key if you have one, and the vehicle registration certificate. Coming for an APK (MOT)? Then your previous inspection report is useful too, if you still have it. Everything about the Dutch inspection is explained on our English APK (MOT) page.

Can I wait at the garage while you work on my car?

For smaller jobs, yes, and the coffee is ready. For bigger jobs we recommend dropping the car off between 8.00 and 8.30. We will call you the moment it is ready, so you never wait longer than needed.
