The short answer
At Autobedrijf Willemsbrug in Rotterdam-IJsselmonde, your Lynk & Co gets a minor or major service according to the manufacturer’s service schedule. If your Lynk & Co is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty stays valid as long as the servicing follows the manufacturer’s schedule, even if you do not go to the dealer.
The price depends on the model, the engine and the mileage. Call +31 10 479 00 00 with your registration number and mileage, and we will tell you in advance what the service costs. You can also visit our workshop.
If you combine a major service with the APK (MOT), the inspection is free. You drop off your Lynk & Co Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 8.30 am, or on Saturday at 9.00 am. If extra work is needed, we call you first.

Why have your Lynk & Co serviced at Autobedrijf Willemsbrug?
We are an independent garage for all makes and an RDW-approved APK station. We service your Lynk & Co to the manufacturer’s specifications, with parts and oil that suit your car.
Many Lynk & Co 01s were driven on a subscription and serviced at a Volvo dealer at the time. As the owner, you now choose where to go. The 01 uses Volvo technology, which we know well.

What servicing does the manufacturer specify for your Lynk & Co?
The manufacturer sets a service interval for the Lynk & Co in time and kilometres. The car shows on the screen when the next service is due. We use your registration number to look up which schedule applies to your car.
The 01 has a three-cylinder 1.5 petrol engine and a seven-speed automatic. With the plug-in hybrid, you often drive on electric power and the petrol engine does relatively few kilometres. The oil still ages, though. That is why the time since the last service also counts on this car.
We use your registration number to look up which service your Lynk & Co needs and, where possible, we read the service indicator. After the service, we reset the service reminder, if our equipment can do this.
Minor or major service for your Lynk & Co?
Which service your car needs depends on the model, the engine, the age and the mileage. A minor and a major service usually include the following:

| Fluids | Check and top up if needed | Check, change the brake fluid if the schedule requires it |
| Brakes and tyres | Check for wear | Thorough check, including brake discs and brake pads |
| Filters | Check | Replace the air filter and cabin filter according to the schedule |
| Spark plugs (petrol) | Not standard | Replace at the manufacturer’s interval |
| Battery | Check | Test with a battery tester |
| Timing belt (if the engine has one) | Not standard | Check whether the belt is due for replacement at the set interval |
| APK | Book separately | Free if you combine it with a major service |

Servicing your hybrid or electric Lynk & Co
The 01 comes as a plug-in hybrid and as a hybrid. The 08 is a plug-in hybrid. On these cars, the petrol engine gets oil, filters and spark plugs according to the schedule. The 02 is electric and has no engine oil. On all models, we check the brakes, the brake fluid, the tyres, the 12-volt battery and the battery cooling.
Our mechanics hold a GMTO certificate (the Dutch qualification for working on high-voltage systems). This means they are trained to work safely on the high-voltage systems of hybrid and electric cars. Read more about servicing hybrid and electric cars (in Dutch).
How much does a service for your Lynk & Co cost?
The price of a service differs from car to car. The model, the engine, the specified oil and the mileage determine what needs to be done and which parts are needed. That is why we do not give an amount on this page.
Does the manufacturer’s warranty on your Lynk & Co stay valid?
Yes. Having your car serviced at an independent garage does not void your manufacturer’s warranty, as long as the servicing follows the manufacturer’s schedule and uses suitable parts and oil. This follows from the European rules for the motor industry. Extra warranties or mobility services from the brand may be linked to servicing at a dealer. We record the service in our system and, if you have a service book, in that too. You receive an invoice listing all the work. Keep it in a safe place.
