The short answer
At Autobedrijf Willemsbrug in Rotterdam-IJsselmonde, your Porsche gets a minor or major service according to the manufacturer’s service schedule. If your Porsche is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty stays valid as long as the servicing follows the manufacturer’s schedule, even if you do not go to the dealer.
The price depends on the model, the engine and the mileage. Call +31 10 479 00 00 with your registration number and mileage, and we will tell you in advance what the service costs. You can also visit our workshop.
If you combine a major service with the APK (MOT), the inspection is free. You drop off your Porsche Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 8.30 am, or on Saturday at 9.00 am. If extra work is needed, we call you first.

Why have your Porsche serviced at Autobedrijf Willemsbrug?
We are an independent garage for all makes and an RDW-approved APK station. We service your Porsche to the manufacturer’s specification, with parts and oil that suit your car.
A Porsche needs oil with its own Porsche approval and often has wide tyres and large brakes. We follow the Porsche schedule. On older 911s and Boxsters, we know where the weak points are.

What servicing does the manufacturer specify for your Porsche?
Porsche sets a service schedule for each model, with an oil change and a larger inspection. How often these are needed depends on the model, the year of manufacture and the mileage. We use your registration number to look up the schedule for your Porsche.
Porsche approves engine oil with its own code, such as A40, C20, C30 or C40. This code tells you more than the thickness of the oil. Many petrol engines up to and including model year 2020 use A40 oil. From model year 2021, Porsche only specifies oil with a 0W viscosity. We use the oil that Porsche approves for your engine.
If you have a Porsche Approved warranty, check its terms to see where the servicing has to be done.
We use your registration number to look up which service your Porsche needs and, where possible, we read the service indicator. After the service, we reset the service reminder, if our equipment can do this.
Minor or major service for your Porsche?
Which service your car needs depends on the model, the engine, the age and the mileage. A minor and a major service usually include the following:

|---|---|---|
| Engine oil and oil filter | Change and replace | Change and replace |
| Fluids | Check and top up if needed | Check, change the brake fluid if the schedule requires it |
| Brakes and tyres | Check for wear | Thorough check, including brake discs and brake pads |
| Filters | Check | Replace the air filter and cabin filter according to the schedule |
| Spark plugs (petrol) | Not standard | Replace at the manufacturer’s interval |
| Battery | Check | Test with a battery tester |
| Timing belt (if the engine has one) | Not standard | Check whether the belt is due for replacement at the set interval |
| APK | Book separately | Free if you combine it with a major service |

What do we check when servicing your Porsche?
At every service we follow the manufacturer’s schedule. For your Porsche, we also pay extra attention to these points:

Servicing a Porsche E-Hybrid or Taycan
The electric Taycan and the new Macan Electric have no engine oil, spark plugs or timing chain. They still need servicing: brakes, brake fluid, tyres, suspension, cabin filter and battery cooling according to the Porsche schedule. On a Cayenne or Panamera E-Hybrid, the petrol engine gets oil and filters according to the schedule. Because these cars often use the electric motor to brake, the brake discs can rust.
Our mechanics hold a GMTO certificate (the Dutch qualification for working on high-voltage systems). This means they are trained to work safely on the high-voltage systems of hybrid and electric cars. Read more about servicing hybrid and electric cars (in Dutch).
How much does a service for your Porsche cost?
The price of a service differs from car to car. The model, the engine, the specified oil and the mileage determine what needs to be done and which parts are needed. That is why we do not give an amount on this page.
Does the manufacturer’s warranty on your Porsche stay valid?
Yes. Having your car serviced at an independent garage does not void your manufacturer’s warranty, as long as the servicing follows the manufacturer’s schedule and uses suitable parts and oil. This follows from the European rules for the motor industry. Extra warranties or mobility services from the brand may be linked to servicing at a dealer. We record the service in our system and, if you have a service book, in that too. You receive an invoice listing all the work. Keep it in a safe place.
