The short answer
At Autobedrijf Willemsbrug in Rotterdam-IJsselmonde, your Dacia gets a minor or major service according to the manufacturer’s service schedule. If your Dacia is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty stays valid as long as the servicing follows the manufacturer’s schedule, even if you do not go to the dealer.
The price depends on the model, the engine and the mileage. Call +31 10 479 00 00 with your registration number and mileage, and we will tell you in advance what the service costs. You can also visit our workshop.
If you combine a major service with the APK (MOT), the inspection is free. You drop off your Dacia Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 8.30 am, or on Saturday at 9.00 am. If extra work is needed, we call you first.

Why have your Dacia serviced at Autobedrijf Willemsbrug?
We are an independent garage for all makes and an RDW-approved APK station. We service your Dacia to the manufacturer’s specifications, with parts and oil that suit your car.
A Dacia uses Renault engines and technology. We know these well. Many Dacias run on LPG, with a system fitted at the factory. We include it in the service too.

What servicing does the manufacturer specify for your Dacia?
Dacia specifies for each engine when your car needs a service: after a number of kilometres or after a set time, whichever comes first. The interval is in the service book. We can look it up for you using your registration number.
Because the engines come from Renault, the engine oil must meet a Renault standard. Many older Dacias were built for oil to the RN0700 or RN0710 standard. Newer Dacias often use RN17. We use the oil specified for your engine.
We use your registration number to look up which service your Dacia needs and, where possible, we read the service indicator. After the service, we reset the service reminder, if our equipment can do this.
Minor or major service for your Dacia?
Which service your car needs depends on the model, the engine, the age and the mileage. A minor and a major service usually include the following:
| Part | Minor service | Major service |
|---|---|---|
| Engine oil and oil filter | Change and replace | Change and replace |
| Fluids | Check and top up if needed | Check, change the brake fluid if the schedule requires it |
| Brakes and tyres | Check for wear | Thorough check, including brake discs and brake pads |
| Filters | Check | Replace the air filter and cabin filter according to the schedule |
| Spark plugs (petrol) | Not standard | Replace at the manufacturer’s interval |
| Battery | Check | Test with a battery tester |
| Timing belt (if the engine has one) | Not standard | Check whether the belt is due for replacement at the set interval |
| APK | Book separately | Free if you combine it with a major service |

Common Dacia models and what we check during a service
These Dacia models are the most common in the Netherlands, according to RDW open data. We can service all of these models.
| Model | Number in the Netherlands | What we check during a service |
|---|---|---|
| Sandero | 30,811 | On the ECO-G running on LPG: the LPG system. On the older 1.4 and 1.6 MPI: the timing belt according to the schedule. |
| Duster | 19,553 | On 4×4 models: drive shafts, CV boots and suspension. On the dCi diesel, the diesel particulate filter (DPF). |
| Logan | 14,843 | On the LPG version: the LPG system. On older cars, the timing belt, the brakes and rust. |

What do we check when servicing your Dacia?
At every service we follow the manufacturer’s schedule. For your Dacia, we also pay extra attention to these points:
Read more about replacing the timing belt (in Dutch). If you drive a Dokker with a grey number plate, also read about the APK for a van up to 3,500 kg.
Servicing a Dacia Hybrid or Spring
The Jogger Hybrid, Duster Hybrid and Bigster Hybrid have a petrol engine and an electric motor. The petrol engine gets oil, filters and spark plugs according to the Dacia schedule. The electric Spring has no engine oil, spark plugs or timing belt. On the Spring, servicing covers brakes, brake fluid, tyres, suspension and the cabin filter.
Our mechanics hold a GMTO certificate (the Dutch qualification for working on high-voltage systems). This means they are trained to work safely on the high-voltage systems of hybrid and electric cars. Read more about servicing hybrid and electric cars (in Dutch).
How much does a service for your Dacia cost?
The price of a service differs from car to car. The model, the engine, the specified oil and the mileage determine what needs to be done and which parts are needed. That is why we do not give an amount on this page.
Does the manufacturer’s warranty on your Dacia stay valid?
Yes. Having your car serviced at an independent garage does not void your manufacturer’s warranty, as long as the servicing follows the manufacturer’s schedule and uses suitable parts and oil. This follows from the European rules for the motor industry. Extra warranties or mobility services from the brand may be linked to servicing at a dealer. We record the service in our system and, if you have a service book, in that too. You receive an invoice listing all the work. Keep it in a safe place.
