The short answer
At Autobedrijf Willemsbrug in Rotterdam-IJsselmonde, your Peugeot gets a minor or major service according to the manufacturer’s service schedule. If your Peugeot is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty stays valid as long as the servicing follows the manufacturer’s schedule, even if you do not go to the dealer.
The price depends on the model, the engine and the mileage. Call +31 10 479 00 00 with your registration number and mileage, and we will tell you in advance what the service costs. You can also visit our workshop.
If you combine a major service with the APK (MOT), the inspection is free. You drop off your Peugeot Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 8.30 am, or on Saturday at 9.00 am. If extra work is needed, we call you first.

Why have your Peugeot serviced at Autobedrijf Willemsbrug?
We are an independent garage for all makes and an RDW-approved APK station. We service your Peugeot to the manufacturer’s specifications, with parts and oil that suit your car.
Many Peugeots have the 1.2 PureTech engine, with a timing belt that runs in the engine oil. We know which oil this engine needs, and we check the belt following the manufacturer’s procedure. We also know the older 1.6 THP, the automatics and the Partner and Boxer well.

What servicing does the manufacturer specify for your Peugeot?
A modern Peugeot has a service indicator on the dashboard. It shows when the next service is due, in kilometres and in time. Whichever comes first counts. The length of the interval depends on the engine and the year of manufacture. We look it up for your car.
Peugeot specifies an oil with its own PSA specification for each engine. On the 1.2 PureTech the right oil matters even more, because the timing belt runs in that oil. Oil with the wrong composition can make the belt wear faster. We use the oil that Peugeot specifies for your engine.
We use your registration number to look up which service your Peugeot needs and, where possible, we read the service indicator. After the service, we reset the service reminder, if our equipment can do this.

| Fluids | Check and top up if needed | Check, change the brake fluid if the schedule requires it |
| Brakes and tyres | Check for wear | Thorough check, including brake discs and brake pads |
| Filters | Check | Replace the air filter and cabin filter according to the schedule |
| Spark plugs (petrol) | Not standard | Replace at the manufacturer’s interval |
| Battery | Check | Test with a battery tester |
| Timing belt (if the engine has one) | Not standard | Check whether the belt is due for replacement at the set interval |
| APK | Book separately | Free if you combine it with a major service |

What do we check when servicing your Peugeot?
At every service we follow the manufacturer’s schedule. For your Peugeot, we also pay extra attention to these points:

Servicing your hybrid or electric Peugeot
The electric e-208, e-2008 and e-308 have no engine oil, spark plugs or timing belt. They still need servicing: brakes, brake fluid, tyres, suspension and the cabin filter, according to the Peugeot schedule. Because these cars mainly brake with the electric motor, the brake discs can rust. On a plug-in hybrid, such as the 3008 or 508 Hybrid, the petrol engine gets oil and filters according to the schedule.
Our mechanics hold a GMTO certificate (the Dutch qualification for working on high-voltage systems). This means they are trained to work safely on the high-voltage systems of hybrid and electric cars. Read more about servicing hybrid and electric cars (in Dutch).
How much does a service for your Peugeot cost?
The price of a service differs from car to car. The model, the engine, the specified oil and the mileage determine what needs to be done and which parts are needed. That is why we do not give an amount on this page.
Does the manufacturer’s warranty on your Peugeot stay valid?
Yes. Having your car serviced at an independent garage does not void your manufacturer’s warranty, as long as the servicing follows the manufacturer’s schedule and uses suitable parts and oil. This follows from the European rules for the motor industry. Extra warranties or mobility services from the brand may be linked to servicing at a dealer. We record the service in our system and, if you have a service book, in that too. You receive an invoice listing all the work. Keep it in a safe place.
